Sorry your marketing department doesn't know how to target it's audience? Some of his shite is cheesy; I'm not denying that. But, for the most part, the recruits and fans eat it up while rival teams always bring it up.
I'd say he's doing something right. His first 2 recruiting classes back that up. Now, in year 3 he's going to need to start proving it on the field. His water mark won't be an 8 win season in his first 5 years on the job. I can guarantee that.
