Cost of living in Nashville isn't bad at all. Also, I think there were like a total of 13 murders here last year.

Cost of living may not be too bad, but the housing market is...people are dropping $300,000+ for 2 bedroom/1bath fixer-upers. That can get you a whole lot of house somewhere else.
