Well normally "milking the prostate" is done so by fingering it. But when your arse is being pounded by a penis, you eventually begin to feel it hit your prostate. From my personal experience, I only feel pleasure with this when the pain from my a-hole being stretched goes away. It takes a few minutes, but those few minutes may feel like a few hours.
