After I smoke my maple sugar dry-cured bacon, I am going to stoke up the fire and grill some bone-in pork rib chops that I have brining in an apple-chipotle brine overnight. Going to make some green chili braised greens, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
