This will come across as bias, but I don't view the attractiveness Alabama job with the same esteem as their tradition would suggest. Saban has skewed the perception of the position a bit as he is probably the best recruiter of all time and gets an immense amount of talent that likely wouldn't happen to the same degree again.
The job will be better than it was before his arrival, but it doesn't have the advantages of other elite programs. That's not to say it's Nebraska or Miami, but it's not Texas or USC either. It's definitely still a top 10 job, but I would put UF and UGA above it when considering all other factors beyond simply tradition.
