I read the article and I was just pointing out that the High School they attended is what is normally used to make that determination. Sorry, I have to explain it to you like you are three years old.

On the topic of "which state produces the most talent", yes, you're correct that it's where they played HS ball. The title of this thread, and the title of the article linked in the OP, specifically refers to college. It's impossible to miss. So you are incorrect, and no matter how much backpedaling you do, you'll still be wrong. It's ok though..happens like every 10 seconds on this site.
