I'd guess that Missouri St. will be the higher seeded team in the Super, so they would bat last on Friday. Just my guess.
I do think the situation is shitty. However, I'd be pumped if my team were to back into hosting the Super like Arkansas has in this situation.

Arkansas has now hosted a Regional as a two seed and a Super Regional as a two seed.
