I'm going and coming around there all the time...I see and hear the people...I see their car tags...getting the picture now? It's even a running joke among the condo owners about the coonass beach weddings!

You know the car tags were just for the wedding participants and not someone in the condo.
So you don't actually know anything, right.
Be careful putting stock in the running joke thing. Unless you agree that all the Alabama Wal-Mart/trailer park jokes are real.
