re: Dawgs begin NCAA Golf Championships Friday

I'd prefer people pay attention throughout the whole season, but I'm just glad these guys started paying attention at all. Half this board couldn't care about anything other than football so I have zero problem with people coming over to the golf bandwagon when we're doing well.

I don't follow recruiting or post in the stickied recruiting thread, but next year on Signing Day.......... I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and start posting a bunch of Captain Obvious worthless shite in there and start barking orders at people who do follow it and also make sure nobody laughs at anything funny..

Sound good?

I watched a little bit of the ACC/SEC challenge on the SEC network, but I would definitely like it if they showed more stuff. UGA is doing a really good job already of making our golf team have a great national brand, but if they get TV coverage on top of that it would be even better.

sooooo, first of all, not sure who you are calling bandwagon fan...like its been stated, most of the people posting yesterday have been posting in most of the golf threads previously.

secondly, posting the scores for everyone was appreciated by most. I hardly call that worthless shite. Even with the updates, people were still asking how we were doing when the updates were far between other "worthless" shite.

No one said you couldn't try and joke...but to insult other dawg fans for being "bandwagon fans" is classless and something I'd expect from an Auburn fan. There is not problem talking about their attire, but don't act all high and mighty towards your fellow Dawgs. When you yourself posted nothing relevant to the event.

Going on and on about "cut n pasting" the current scores is fricking gold. People were coming to the thread to check in and see how things were going. Aside from the hard hitting commentary about the patterns on the shirts, I would guess that there were some who found the updates useful. Quit jumping on everyone else's arse just because you didn't.

And you showed up looking for content for your fashion blog.

At least when I was talking on my cell phone, it was to tell other fellow dawg fans an updated score
