re: Which sport is the SEC most dominant?

One would expect track and field to be dominated by the warmer areas. Track and field at the high school level up in the upper Midwest is a complete after thought. Very few people even train for the sport.

In the south you can train for track and field for the majority of the year.

When I have my first child and s/he ends up to be athletic, I will move south so s/he can train outside much easier.
