The biggest issue between atheists/agnostics and the big 3 (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) IMO is the young earth/creation issue. Most hardline big 3 believers just refuse to accept the idea that the "creation" took any longer than 6 24-hour days. Despite that their Holy books stating many times that God isn't under the constraints of time, they refuse the idea that this earth, galaxy, and universe could be billions of years old because in their mind it makes God's creation less significant.

I'm a Christian and have seen enough of this planet (caves, islands, canyons, etc) to know that this planet is an old one (unless it was created in it's present state.... don't give me that flood nonsense because it didn't create the Grand Canyon). It doesn't matter to me what process got us to this point and no matter how long it took. This world/universe we live in is pretty awesome.

And the weather issue..... I lean toward the idea that God set this world up with physical laws and it's on cruise control. The earth has heated and cooled thousands of times (most of them before humans and combustion engines for you human made global warming cult followers) and the weather is directly related to that calling/warming cycle.

Not really, the literal 6 day creationists are more the exception than the rule in 2015. Denial of evolution is still pretty widespread, but that's not even remotely the biggest issue.

The biggest issue, for me at least, is the gap between what one would expect to see if any of those religions were true and what we actually observe in reality. This encompasses all aspects of the world around us, from science to history to morality to the way the human species operates on a day to day basis.
