Not surprising going from a-hole McGee Grantham to Mr. Cool Guy Pruitt. Players love playing for Pruitt.
While that is part of a coaches job is getting the players behind you, that doesn't necessarily prove his abilities with the X's and O's.
I won't be truly convinced of that until he goes somewhere that he has to build a team up and can't simply out-talent his opponents.

In all the things I've seen and heard about him this is a first. He's come off as a hard arse that demands perfection.

He hid our deficiencies this year and made them look like a strength compared to the previous year. I'd say that's some pretty good X's and O's

Then you might never be convinced since he will probably get a top program if he keeps up his pace at UGA and cherry picks a job.
