Way back in the day, Don Meredith really, eally wanted to play for Coach Bryant at A&M, but tearfully declined, telling Coach Bryant "Coach, if only you were anywhere, ANYWHERE else?"

I'm irritated with myself for responding to this .., but you can always tell the folks who know nothing about College Station and/or TAMU--they make statements like that.
College Station is a great town, and anyone w/o an agenda can admit it.
