McGarity is prolly closer to losing his job currently than CMR is...

CMR is now being given what he needs in terms of support, staff & upgrades... No more excuses, now doubt now that he is "on the clock" & must produce sooner rather than later...

Once again I think everyone that points to McG is just doing so because they dont want to blame CMR.

If we had an IPF, would that have changed us getting the doors blown off of us in Jax? No.

Would having a larger support staff have made CMR kick it deep against the nerds? No.

Would larger salaries for the staff have made CMR overrule Bobo at 1st and goal on the 3? No.

The bottom line is everyone points to winning the east in 11 and 12. Well thats great but what about 2010 where we got beat by UCF in the cotton pickin Liberty Bowl. Or going to Shreveport the year before that.

McG gave CMR the opportunity to right the ship. But he hasnt delivered yet. I hope Jere is giving him just enough rope to hang himself. Otherwise I think we are putting our eggs in a broken basket.

Just my 2 cents

Human error is a reality of coaching and sports in general. Even Saban fricks up a bunch in game. The difference is that Alabama has done what it takes as a program to acquire so much talent that their margin of error is a lot bigger than UGA's is.

No coach UGA will hire is a good bet to be less error prone.

This seems exactly what is going on and this should have been done years ago frankly. Like everyone else, I think CMR deserves to get the resources he wants...he's earned that. Likewise, he should be expected to win conference championships. We'll give you what you want - but if you don't get it done there aren't any excuses.

It sure seems good now according to the hype but I will defer to Jan 2016 as W's and L's are what really matters at the end of the day.

Maybe, maybe we have better recruits that help us that game.

Maybe, maybe they would see something on film that would allow us to expose them and blow the doors open.

Some of us are clearly glass half full type people and some of us are class half empty type people. You're not going to change the others point of view.

How exactly did he do this before December of 14?
