I'm just rattling this off of the top of my head, so I think that it is correct, but I don't feel like double-checking the math. Feel free to correct or to add additional scenarios:

-One more LSU win guarantees LSU the West co-title
-One more LSU win and one Vandy loss guarantees LSU the conference co-title
-Two more LSU wins guarantees LSU the outright West and conference titles

-Two more Texas A&M wins and one LSU loss guarantees A&M the West co-title
-Two more Texas A&M wins and two LSU losses guarantees A&M the outright West title
-Two more Texas A&M wins and two LSU losses and two Vandy losses guarantees A&M the conference title

-Vanderbilt's win today guaranteed them the East co-title
-One more Vanderbilt win guarantees them the outright East title
-Two more Vanderbilt wins and one LSU loss guarantees Vandy the outright conference title

-Two more Florida wins and two Vanderbilt losses guarantees UF the East co-title
-Florida's loss today eliminated them from the conference title

Your not factoring in the head to head. But pretty close.

The only other scenario that I thought of but didn't list is LSU, A&M, and Vandy each losing both of their remaining games--but I assumed everyone can figure out that LSU still wins the West and conference then since they are still in first place after tonight.

No, this would give LSU the outright SEC title.
