Most hog fans do not have any animosity towards LSU

I have thorough experience with both sides being from Arkansas and having attended LSU. The Arkansas-LSU relationship feels a lot like the LSU-Alabama relationship although perhaps not quite as intense. Arkansas is one of the least hated West teams from LSU fans, with an intensity (or lack thereof) nearly indiscernible to that of MSU and Auburn. Being an LSU fan in Arkansas, I know, likely gives somewhat of an exaggerated perception as my hog fan peers are more apt to show their disdain for LSU while I'm around. However, it definitely exists to a good extent from the chances I've had to see as an inconspicuous observer. With the younger generation, the Texas thing seems totally forced and more of an attempt to ride their coattails in order to garner attention. Kind of like a "Oh look at us. We really hate Texas. We have soooo much history." kind of thing.

I hate LSU most because my best friend is an LSU fan and he hates Arkansas the most for the same reason. If it wasn't for him, LSU would probably be my 4th or 5th hated team in the West with Bama being the clear #1. Before i met him I guess I thought the Boot thing was kinda cool but LSU was always just another SECW game until I got to know him.

In Central/South Arkansas you will find people with a less than kind attitude towards LSU.

In the Northwest corner of the state you will find this towards 0U, we never play them, but we have to interact with those bandwagon fricks through work and well, life, since apparently there is nothing worth staying in Oklahoma for 8 hours during the work day so they run across the border and work in our state.

On the east side of the state you find it with Tiger High fans, because the miserable fricks can't keep their misery to themselves in the third world state of Memphis.
