Still not qualified. Should no for sure in about a month or so. Some other good info in this Matter article. Seem set on McGovern at LT....frick

Hopefully someone steps up in the meantime. It seemed like Pinkel was trying to light a fire under the candidates mentioning that other people had a chance to play there this season.

I truly expected 1 if not both of the JUCO guys to fill in some spots on the line or why recruit JUCO's? If they're not good enough to play year 1 then why not recruit a high schooler who you can redshirt and still have for 4 more years instead of a guy who'll be gone in 1 year. Who knows? Still might happen. Hell, 1 of them hasn't even stepped on campus yet.
As for Beckner, not good. If you haven't gotten it done yet I'm not holding my breath it will happen. I'm prepping myself for him not being here and if he makes it, awesome. On a side note...skip the damn B&G game. I know it's cool and I know it's fun and I know he wants to be part of the atmosphere but it's one day. Concentrate on the test and take the day off from everything else. Yes, I know that he had plenty of time after the test to get to COMO but c'mon, if I were a kid, my mind would be on the coeds I was about to well you know and not on the question in front of me.

I don't have a problem with him going to B&G game. He got done with the test before noon in all likelihood. Why not get in a car and go see spring game? I'm sure he put everything he had into taking that test. Sitting at home and hoping you scored well doesn't help.

I think I read somewhere he attended the Black and Gold game after he took the test.If true, I doubt the game effected his test score.

Then he's better than me. All I would have been thinking about while taking the test is "Get me the F outta here so I can get to COMO."

On this in general, it can't be that hard to qualify. I know a kid who got into mizzou with a 17 on his ACT.

Hope you're right but when you've taken it who knows how many times and now we're in mid May and you still haven't gotten the score you need, well I'm not feeling so confident.

I still think Cueller is our LT. McGovern adds so much on the inside.
