My grandfather always talks about how good the 1957 AU defense was. He said the fans were disappointed if the team gave up 100 yards.

1959 Ole Miss D gave up 21 total points. All year including bowl. 7 of those were on the famous Billy Cannon LSU punt return. We beat them 21-0 in thu Sugar that year.
