these numbers are always skewed due to how unemployment benefits are classified.

I know damn good and well 95% of this country is not employed. Data from other areas leads one down a path to come up with a reasonable hypothesis.

Basically if you don't claim unemployment, yet draw welfare, you are not considered unemployed, correct? Because that is the only way they have to measure this.
