This really isn't always the case, but I agree it's the consensus.


The old LSU system president straight up said the 10% rule is one of the best things to happen to LSU. I know a ton of kids who went to LSU over Baylor, which is a pretty damn good school.

I wish LSU would focus even harder than it has on recruiting Texas, as it's losing its grip as arguably the top OOS choice in the SEC. Seems like a lot more are going to ole miss and bama than previously

Dunno what LSU charges for out of state students but Baylor costs like $35k a year. I'm guessing LSU is probably a way better overall value.
