If you go by undergraduate enrollment on a single campus, they are #2 behind Central Florida. For undergraduates on a single campus:
1. Central Florida - 51,269
2. aTm - 44,315
3. Ohio State - 44,201
4. Penn State - 40, 541
5. Texas - 39,979
6. FIU - 39,045
7. Arizona State - 38,735
8. Michigan State - 37,988

A&M also wants to grow the Engineering program to be 25,000 students by 2025. There are huge growing STEM demands across the state, but this is a very ambitious plan I'm very weary of being able to pull off.
