It's hard to make the list when you have to vacate like 50 wins. Also, all of the teams on that list outside of Georgia has played against mediocre competition. Nebraska in particular stands out. The Big Eight was a complete joke. Oklahoma was the only team that posed a challenge and they lost to OU more times than not. Against elite OOC competition, Nebraska got completely owned. Miami and Florida State destroyed them in the Orange Bowl every year. So win total is not really an accurate of a team's overall quality.
