I'm watching the replay. Brandon Allen is throwing the ball better and seeing the field better than ever. I'm thinking having a real QB coach is making a big difference. I'm impressed.

Kody Walker ran for 174 yards and looked pretty good doing it (on highlights).

I'm starting to think Allen "seeing the field" in the past wasn't the problem. It sounds like it might have been Chaney's philosophy. Hunter Henry had a quote after the game that made it sound like Chaney tried to put a square peg into a round hole sometimes when it came to his calls. While Enos, on the other hand, has a more modern passing attack by building in man and zone beaters on each side of the play. That's how I read this quote at least.
“In this playbook there’s a lot more options, a lot more reads and different things from both sides of the field,” Henry said. “Sometimes I think we locked in one side of the field in a read. And this is if they’re playing ‘this’ defense you can look to ‘this’ side of the field or if they’re playing ‘this’ defense you can look to ‘this’ side of the field. I think that creates mismatches and makes them cover the whole field.” - See more at: LINK
