I think there was some bias against expansion towns. I thought Columbia, MO would be one or two spots higher, and Fayetteville and Columbia, SC are way underrated. I'm not sure about College Station...I don't know much about it.

There's a Tennessee slant for some reason.
I'm fine with people thinking BR and CS are better college towns than Fayetteville, as long as that means they don't move here.
