Adding Texas would be interesting. I mean right now the SEC is the strongest conference in the country. How long would it take the Longhorns to screw things up? Not even the SEC is strong enough to resist the poison pill that is the Austin school for too long.

If we do have to replace Mizzou, and I hope we don't, the only answer can be the aptly named University of the South itself, Sewanee.

Its very highly rated for academics and it is a charter member of the SEC as well. We all know how important some folks consider being charter members here after all.

Our entire reason for joining would be to bring the tsunami of Arkansas SEC football championships to a halt once and for all.
