Yup. That's why the NBA teams have a bunch of 6'10" 200 pound centers.

Generally players add weight as they get older. If he stays at 210 lbs, then you would be right. If recovers from his knee injury and adds strength he will be ok. Most college post players are also n the 220-230 lb range.
