Is kt expected to be drafted and If so when, he seems like a mid 2nd rounder to me he will at least be able to come off the bench and hit 3s

Probably won't get drafted.
If I had to guess, I would say he won't be in the NBA at all either.

KT isn't NBA caliber. He'll go make a ton of money playing in one of the higher Euro leagues though.

He's not athletic enough to be a 2-guard in the NBA.
He'll score a lot of points in Europe though.

The NBA draft is only 2 rounds.
It is unlikely that a 2 guard who was not an All-American will be drafted.
He may play overseas, NBADL, or ride the bench in NBA.
He is good, but their are only so many slots at NBA level.
