Can Grichuk be an everyday CF? I'm not enough of a baseball need to know.

I hope we can resign Heyward.

I think if you resign Heyward he plays RF. I think Grichuk/Pham/Jay can work in CF. Honestly I'm tired of Jay and think we have better options, but as long as he is signed he will play.

I also think you will see Holliday get a lot of days off next year, so Grichuk playing RF is a definite possibility.

I honestly think the Cards might let Heyward walk and just play Grichuk/Piscotty in the OF. The organization seems to think Adams can be the 1B when healthy. I'm not a fan but the front office is.

So that leaves you with a lot of money to spend on a SP maybe and a lot of bullpen help. The bullpen HAS to upgrade the left side or we will see a repeat of what happened versus the Cubs. LH trashing our LHP.

Grichuk can most definitely be a CF. He's a natural in RF though.

I believe he's injury prone though. Sounds dumb, but it's a thing.
