The thing about most of these "mid-majors".....basketball is king there. The upper echelon mid-major guys can hold out for a top job. Money aside, bama just is not a top job. IMO, they are going to need to find the best up and comer available.

I don't blame him at all. He's dominating and in the tourney regularly. Having a 64 team tournament makes mid major jobs that pay well more attractive.

When you're considering a job offer, where does money fall on the scale of things you consider?
