For sex it's fine provided they're legal. Good luck w a relationship of you're over 30 and she's in her late teens or early 20's.

I took the opposite route, soon to be mrs rebelnutt is 8 years older than I am.
Never had an issue, except a lot of her friends are even older than she is so that gets weird sometimes but we deal with it.
