Are you really trying to minimize the acts of someone who has been charged more than once with domestic assault?
I'm not minimizing ANY acts, and I'm totally in favor of the guy being immediately dismissed, but the feigned indignation by some folks on here is repulsive and takes a back seat only to the hypocrisy.

Also, where did you get that list of charges? They're not consistent with a minor bruised or scratched neck and a hole in the closet door!

I do not think it is feigned indignation. It has nothing to do with the school he plays for. This is not the FIRST time he has been charged with domestic violence. A pattern of such domestic violence often escalates. I taught one kid who had to watch his abusive stepfather murder his mother in front of his eyes. I also taught a student who was killed by gunshots from his mother's boyfriend when he tried to intervene as that guy was beating on both his sister and mother.

It always amazes me when I run into fans like you.... Let me ask you this. If this was your daughter would you want the university held responsible also? The guy has charges pending against him for domestic violence and the university knowingly allows him on the team, not only that gives him a scholarship to play for them... Should there be no responsibility held by the university? You don't care, it's not your daughter, but if it was you would probably still be defending lord saban... Good lord man have some common decency..
