Post a link to him actually visiting.

Why? that's not what was stated, now was it? TT said Auburn didn't want to have anything to do with Taylor. I posted a link that stated Auburn talked to him. I also found one from NBC and another one that said Rocker kept in touch with him and talked to him daily. Would you like me to post those links or do you think you can Google?

I could care less who recruited him. I think Auburn has done a decent job of giving players second chances and it has paid off. I won't criticize Auburn for giving second chances, nor will i criticize Alabama for doing the same thing. I just find it odd for Auburn to criticize Alabama for giving second chances and acting as if they were never interested.

Taylor was interested in Auburn......not the other way around. Big difference.

Maybe. maybe not. The link I posted and the link I found from NBC says otherwise, and apparently Tracy Rocker was in touch with Taylor daily. Doesn't mean he was recruiting him, necessarily...doesn't mean he wasn't. But, in all honesty, when you give multiple offenders second chances it is not a far reach to think they would have given Taylor a second chance. Maybe not. I can't say definitively one way or the other. And neither can you.

Do you think any pro team would consider this legal liabilty/PR nightmare?

Yep, that article. According to bama fan, it became clear in a day.

You are a fricking moron if you think Auburn has as much responsibility for this kid as bama does. Georgia talked to a kid named Antonio Goodwin who was arrested for armed robbery at Auburn. I guess that makes Grorgia responsible for his problems

Thank you. But obviously this isn't going to get in people's way of insinuating otherwise. People believe what they want to believe even when evidence to the contrary exists.

While nothing has been confirmed by the school, TideSports.com is reporting that Jonathan Taylor “has officially joined Alabama’s 2015 recruiting class” and “will enroll on Wednesday.” Auburn and LSU had also reportedly been potential landing spots for Taylor.

"Me and (Garner) are cool," Taylor said. "I pretty much stay cool with all the coaches I've known. Me and Coach Garner talk probably like once every week, just catching up."

Taylor has yet to be offered again by Auburn, but believes it's a possibility.

I said Rocker. I meant Garner. My apologies.

Link? I mean..that's what you guys are doing as a defense. Asking me for links. now...you provide one.

Oh. Mind showing me where i said Auburn had as much responsibility? I've said nothing but good stuff about Auburn in this thread. I DID point out that TT's assertion was incorrect, though.

I'm sorry. What evidence are you speaking of? I showed where one of your coaches stayed in contact with him. I showed where NBC Sports reported that Auburn and LSU was interested. Your "evidence" is that a fellow Auburn fan said Auburn wasn't interested? nice solid evidence you got there.

All you really pointed out was that he talked to Garner "like once a week" and that he didn't have an offer. There is an article posted a day later than the one you posted with comments from Malzahn about not recruiting him. Nothing you've posted has proven that we recruited him.

I can't post a link from my phone, but you are free to look up Antonio Goodwin's profile on rivals or any other recruiting site from the class of 2010. Georgia actually offered him a scholarship. You just proved Auburn did not offer Jonathan Taylor a scholarship

Maybe Garner said something that led him to believe that. Who knows how he got the idea? Either way it was nixed by the guy in charge.

Lol fact is Taylor played at to universities. UGA and Alabama. JT was arrested twice while wearing a dash uniform. Sounds like you have nothing to stand on.

LSU and Auburn take troubled players and help them become better people. Sorry you can't say the same.
