I enjoyed them both.
As others have said, Bloodline is a slower moving show and there are also flash back/flash forward scenes when I had no clue what was going on..

Bloodline is like a stick of dynamite. Slow burning fuse that increasingly leaves the viewer more and more tense the longer the season goes until it ignites in the final 3 episodes and everything becomes explosive.
The acting and cinematography are fantastic. I hope Ben Mendelsohn wins an Emmy because he is incredible himself. Chandler is great but I don't think it's an Emmy winning performance. Probably a nomination though.
It is my favorite Netflix series. HOC lost me in season two, hopefully Bloodline doesn't follow.
