I like the Aggies cursive in the outfield but the extensive cross cutting is a bit much for a playing field.

It's Bermuda overseeded with rye.
Zoysia is what you will find in residential/commercial landscapes. Very thick/dense turfgrass. Looks really nice though. There are some cultivars of zoysia that are finer and can be mistaken for Bermuda
