This has been pretty par for the course in the post-season. If he goes we just frick up Bama's hopes of getting Gregg Marshall.

He wouldn't quit until he has a job, which wouldn't happen til June at the earliest. Marshall will be signed sealed and delivered to Bama by then, with a buyout UK can't afford!
