I hadnt heard about a highway overpass, just a pedestrian walkway across I-40 to Target

There was a tax increase voted on in November for the overpass and to build additional roads to improve traffic flow from Oak street to I40. It will also help fund construction of a couple big roundabouts near Lewis Crossing. We love roundabouts (but they are seriously cool).
