I've been around basketball for nearly 60 years and that was the worst choke job I've ever seen. I'm pulling for ALL the SEC teams and hate that it happened, but honestly...that was the very worst.

3 points in the last 9:30. Is that even possible??

Yeah I've never see a choke quite like that one in the tourney.

I really can not think of one worst because NC state couldnt hit the side of a barn either.

Exactly. Any fan that watched more games than the Kentucky game, should not be all that surprised by this
Les has lost control of the FT shooting.

quote:You're absolutely right. It would've been different if State had caught on fire, but they were trying not to take the damn game nearly as hard as LSU was shoving down their throats......son-of-a-bitch!

Bama should have kept mark
guess Auburn should have kept Cliff Ellis, too, since he's in the NCAA tourney.

crispy...that was a patented LSU NCAA Tourney Cold Spell you witnessed. Happens every game we play in the tourney. We have allowed some BIG and also SMALL fish swim away when we had a game under control

[quote]Gotta be one of the biggest chokes ever.quote]
You don't know your LSU basketball very well. Its what LSU does. LSU actually blew a 30-point second half lead at home against Kentucky a few years ago -- mid '90s I believe.

LSU sports brings a lot of pain. Not sure what I'm getting out of this relationship.
