The first two bills should pass. I don't think the third will.
I can only imagine the national headlines if a constitutional amendment ordering a public university to play football, and written by a graduate of a Bible correspondence school, were to pass.
Also, this belongs on the Off-Topic Board.

Why should the having the membership reflect where the campuses are located be passed? It is THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA, not Tuscaloosa Regional University. Research projects benefit the entire state, not just Tuscaloosa county. The student body draws from the entire state, as it should, since it is THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA.
The board should reflect the state, not the region of the University.
