Call a home inspection company. Make sure it's reputable and they hire engineers. Ask the engineer after he looks at it. Pay the ~$400

I believe I can help on your well.
Get a 12 pack of PBR and drink it quick.
After you drink all twelve go to the outlet on the well. Now take 10 steps to the north. Now when you feel the urge to pee, drop tro and drop to your knees.
This is the most important part. Stick your dick in the dirt at least 12" and pee like a mofo.
Problems solved.

Cut it off, Drain the pressure tank completely, then turn it back on.
If that doesn't work, there should be a mechanism on the side of the well that is connected to the pressure gauge that you can adjust to where it automatically kicks the well back on when it goes below a certain pressure. You may have to turn up the pressure setting. It's just a screw in the mechanism that you turn
