That is a broad question as there are non-P5 jobs that are better than P5 jobs in basketball.
Programs like Bama are not more attractive than these jobs.

I just think arrogance of scoffing at Alabama hiring a non P5 coach is great. I think Howland would be an excellent hire, but no one jumps out to me at a P5 school that'd leave other than Crean
I don't think anyone is hiring Michael White until he takes Tech dancing, even though what he's accomplished has been impressive
