a lot of them in '09 convinced themselves Tom Izzo was coming since he and Nick are BFF.

Yeah. I remember when we were at our most delusional. We actually thought Nick Saban was going to leave the Miami Dolphins and coach at Bama.

To be fair, this was the same logic used by people convinced that Saban was going to take the Browns job, then Texas, then the Falcons.
