This measuring stick shite annoys me. I may be in the minority with this, but i consider the state of Alabama to be lucky to have two top tier programs in the same state. it's no doubt that Alabama has a greater history than Auburn in almost everything. At the same time we have a great amount of accomplishments in our on right and exceed a majority of programs in the country. At this point who gives a flying hell who has a better basketball program overall? We have both sucked it up..pretty badly these last few years and its not acceptable to me. Auburn made a huge step in the right direction with the new facilities and hiring Bruce Pearl. It was quite nice being at a game this year and actually having a good time. its no doubt we will only get better..I hope Alabama makes a great hire and we make the basketball rivalry as fun as the football rivalry is year in year out.
