re: Possible coaching candidates

How much did Mizzou offer Marshall last year? Marshall seems pretty content at Wichita State, but I'd be thrilled if we landed hm.

While I'd love to get Marshall, I don't think we have a realistic shot of landing him. Heard several talkin' heads saying there's no chance Marshall would leave for Bama...but, more than that, reading this CBS article makes me think our chances are nil:

If Battle ultimately ends up getting Marshall to come here, it'd be a major coup...
