The five yard contact rule does not exist in college football.

I just feel like Jackson has too much ability not to be on the field. Haha wasn't that much bigger than EJ and im pretty sure they can put some weight on him before the season starts.

You're right...but by rule they allow contact in college football until the WR occupies the same yardline as the defender, or passes him, to "fend off blocks"...and that usually takes place within 5 yards from the LOS as the defenders try to re-route the WRs...
