Ags, we're being rude here. This is an LSU site, and we're guests. It's rude of us to talk about ourselves the whole time.

So, let's talk about LSU. Tigers, do you feel like Kevin Steele is going to need a couple of years to get players that fit the system he ran at Clemson, or will he be able to produce Clemson-level results immediately?

Haven't heard Mr. Steele say what system he will run at LSU, but if he has half a brain, he won't tweak it to much. This is where y'all get screwed up. We have the talent for top level defense, even without a great DC. Y'all do not. Since we out recruit y'all every year, that probably will not change. So, to answer your question, he will probably need a long time to lower our defense to a Clemson or A&M level. Hopefully in that time frame he can figure a few things out and become at least as good MR. Chavis.

I'm fairly certain he's alluded to the fact he doesn't intend to change much (I could be wrong on that, though). I know he wants to give different looks as far at blitz packages are concerned.

Not concerned about Steele. LSU has a stable full of defensive ponies A&M would pay dearly for. The problem that A&M will soon realize: those studs didn't make it to LSU by way of Chavis' recruiting acumen/ability.
