Go back and look at JJ starting the first half against Arky, we could not run the ball much at all.

Was not 2013

Im not saying I dont want to pass. I do. I would just like to see a run heavy, power running game like we had in 2013 over what we did last year.

I know JJ will be a much better QB than Nick as far as his accuracy. But when we ran in 2013, I almost never felt like we would not move the ball. Last year, I was just waiting for something bad to happen...

We only averaged 6 less carries per game in 2014 compared to 2013 (but dropped almost a full yard per carry). The big problem with the running game last year was a less dominant OL (losing Kozan was a huge hit) & no one to replace Prosch who was amazing at getting on LBs at the second level and/or sealing the edge. The WR perimeter blocking was also worse last year and that severely limited Grant's impact.

Really the game plan part of it wasn't much different.

This is true.

I'm with you. Just listening to Rhett and Gus in interviews we all know this year is going to look a lot different.

I was just saying from what we've seen with JJ in a starting role we had a little trouble running the ball. (Gus is the coach and he will run and run and run and run. So you shouldn't been too worried about it )

I know we are all ready to see JJ beautiful deep ball
