Is that b/c it's harder to get indoor plumbing in GA or are you hiring the players to work "construction?"

I’m fairly certain Tennessee spent around $45 million. They set the bar for an IPF. I haven’t seen Florida’s renderings, but $10-15 is cheap as shite. If UGA is going to build an IPF, they are going to get it right the first time. I’ve seen Auburn and SCAR (no offense), both are underwhelming.
