Depends on whether or not he had signed an employment contract with A&M yet or if he was just a family friend advising thar young man. I lean toward the family friend thing because after all y'all have vehemently told us that Chavis doesn't recruit

I'm talking about the lawsuit against LSU. It's kind of hard to win reparations from a former employer when there's proof that you breached your contract.

So you think a judge will be fine with Chavis recruiting for aTm while still under contract with LSU.
Hell, there's likely a clause in his contract with LSU that addresses that exact issue.

Well if he didn't sign his contract and was having contact with recruits while representing Texas A&M let the recruiting sanctions begin. And pay us our money.
