I doubt it, given that a co-defendant is a resident of TX.

He can't qualify as a Texas Resident after 60 days or so. Beyond that he lists his resident as his ranch location which I believe is in Tennessee and/or South Carolina, where his wife resides.

We actually just learned this in BLAW


Because the contract over said suit is in Louisiana and he now resides in Texas (Or Tennessee or whatever the hell it is), this can be moved to Federal Court.
