Watch the Vine clip at the top of this article. The guy who called the foul could clearly see the action, not sure what you guys are talking about him calling it from the UF bench or his vision was blocked. He was standing right next to the action.

When the league office reprimands a ref like this, that ref is very clearly in the wrong. They don't do this unless there is a clear pattern of abuse. He is lucky he still has a job.
